Forbidden love

Chevrefoil (Lines 57-61):

A long time he had lain there waiting

In hiding and deliberating

With himself to ascertain

How he might see her once again.

He could not live away from her.

This reminds me of the forbidden love that Romeo and Juliet had; their balcony scene was memorable and these lines from Chevrefoil reminds me of that scene.
